About guarantee, we can provide 2 years warranty such as we provide to our France distributor, we can provide 1% spare parts when we sign distributor agreement. And the guarantee parts is more than 1%, we will provide the necessary parts to the distributor together with the next order.As our high quality product , we developed exclusive distributors in europe and some asian countries etc, we have exclusive distributor in France & French-speaking European countries: Belfium. Luxembourg. Switzerland and Other countries, Freeman did not sign the agreement about exclusive distributor till now.Generally, we provide 2 years warranty for our products covering main board and motor in overseas market.Theoretically, life of lithium battery is over 1200 charging cycles. Actually, as you know, lithium battery will not be as effective as it is new. So would you please tell us how your people handled lithium guarantee on related products? We will highly appreciate it if you could provide any information for us.
